The MEP (Multi Engine Piston) licence gives the pilot the possibility to fly multi-engine piston aircraft and is valid for 1 year. The expiry date is indicated on the flight licence. Renewal is made via check made by an examiner.

The requirements:

– 3 months before the expiry date (or max within 3 months after), the pilot shall undergo a training check and a Proficiency Check with an authorised examiner.
