The Multi Crew Coordination (MCC) course allows you to work with a team both in normal and emergency situations. You will acquire all skills needed to manage operations on multi-crew aircraft.

The goal is to have the best decision-making process and implement the right coordination and management of the aircraft and crew by sharing tasks, using checklists and mutual monitoring.

The course foresees 25 hours of theory lessons and 40 hours on the simulator. You will be trained on normal and dangerous situations in order to learn how to solve all Loss of Control (LOC) situations.

The course is compulsory to achieve type rating on multi-crew aircraft, thus necessary to access airline selections.

Basic requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with Instrument Rating (IR)
