The Pilot Private Licence (PPL) is the first step to start flying from scratch.
Whether for sheer passion or to start a pilot career, this licence allows you to fly an aircraft for leisure – thus with no pay – all over Europe, alone or with passengers.
The Pilot Private Licence (PPL) course is subdivided into two parts.
The theory part foresees 100 hours of lessons to give you a complete training on information, rules and procedures required to fly aircraft on your own.
This is then followed by 45 hours of practice, 10 of which as solo flights monitored by an instructor on ground. Half of the latter hours will allow students to fly alone at a speed of 270 km/h and make a complete landing/take-off procedure in another airport different from the one of departure.
