December 17, 2024, marks an important milestone: the signing of the Company Collective Labor Agreement (CCLA) for Urbe Aero’s Flight Instructors, in collaboration with ANPAC and UGL Trasporto Aereo.

- Participation in the Fondaereo Supplemental Pension Fund.

- Hourly Flight Allowance granted from the first flight hour.
