The APS Multi Crew Coordination (APS MCC) course allows you to work with a team both in normal and emergency situations. You will acquire all skills needed to manage operations on multi-crew aircraft.

The goal is to allow you to optimize the decision-making process in the cabin and implement the coordination and management of the manned aircraft, through leadership and team working skills, workload management, task-sharing, use of checklists and mutual monitoring.

The program, consisting of 41 hours of theory lessons and 40 hours of practice in the simulator, involves training you at an advanced level on swept-wing aircraft and airline operational scenarios to equip you with the knowledge, skills and characteristics to face a type rating training according to airline standards.

The course is compulsory to achieve type rating on multi-crew aircraft, thus necessary to access airline selections.
