The Wizz Air Pathway is the only Cadet Programme in Italy that offers you a unique opportunity: receiving a conditional job offer even before starting your ATPL course. Additionally, the airline covers the costs of the APS-MCC and Type Rating, reducing your initial financial commitment.
The programme aims to transform young cadets into highly skilled pilots, equipping them not only with strong technical expertise but also with essential personal and professional qualities. Selection is managed by Wizz Air through an initial assessment process. If you successfully pass the tests, you will begin your training at our Academy without the need for further assessments before being hired by the airline.

How it works
Even before starting your ATPL course you will be tested by the company through a selection process with two online tests and one day in presence.
Upon successfully passing the selection process, the airline will issue you a conditional job offer, subject to completing the course within the expected timeframe and achieving the required results. This will allow you to approach the investment in the ATPL course with the peace of mind of knowing that you will immediately begin your pilot career upon completing the training program.
In case the Wizz Air selection process is not successful, the program includes additional entry gates to retake the selection. In the meantime, you can enroll in the standard ATPL course.
The APS-MCC and Type Rating, will be entirely paid in advance by the airline, which recover a small amount from the salary of the future pilot. During this period, the company will provide a training salary.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE APPLICATION
- You are aged 18 or above
- You have minimum high school degree
- You have a good command of English knowledge
- Unrestricted right to live and work where Wizz Air Malta and Wizz Air Hungary has an operational base
- Eligibility for obtaining the First Class Medical certificate
