The programme is the only one in Italy that allows you to have a conditional job offer before starting the ATPL course and where the Airline advances payment for APS-MCC and Type Rating training costs.
Choosing a flight school is not always an easy process in the eyes of an aspiring pilot and his family, especially for the investment required and for the career opportunities you can access through the school. In an era where the demand for pilots risks outstripping supply, airlines are called upon to seek quick and effective solutions to train new professionals in line with the high standards required by the sector.
Wizz Air, Europe’s fastest growing and most sustainable airline, has chosen our Academy as its trusted partner for Italy for the selection and training of future pilots.
It aims to develop young cadets into highly qualified professionals, equipped with not only deep technical skills but also solid personal characteristics.
The Wizz Air Pathway Programme represents a great opportunity for passionate students interested in becoming airline pilots and confirms the reliability and professionalism of Urbe Aero Flight Academy.
PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSESSMENT, START YOUR ATPL TRAINING AT URBE AERO FLIGHT ACADEMY AND BECOME A WIZZ AIR PILOT
The Wizz Air Pathway is packed with large benefits. Even before starting your ATPL course you will be pre-selected by the company through two days of interviews and tests.
You will be able to start your ATPL course with a letter of engagement, commit to achieving the required results and to complete the course on time.
The advanced training, the APS-MCC and Type Rating, will be entirely paid in advance by the airline, which recover a small amount from the salary of the future pilot. During the Type Rating, the company will provide a small salary.
Successfully completed the training course, the conditional job offer will become employment and you can start your career as a Wizz Air pilot.
Just in case the assessment is not successful, the programme provides additional tentative where the airline will be able to contact you for a further interview.
The partnership between a booming airline and a leading flight school in terms of pilot training has given rise to an unprecedented career project for aspiring airline pilots.
